Integration between Jira and SAP has started to fail

Maria Hassan November 12, 2023

What looks to have happened is Jira changed their IP ranges, causing our integration to fail.

Looking into this we have found our best course of action would be to pin our data to a specific location.  From my understanding this would provide us a specific set of static IPs that we could configure in the firewall and provide a more reliable and secure configuration.

Please help with this issues as this is affecting our SAP and Jira integration and interfering with our operation.

Regards

Maria

Hi Maria,

The full list of ip ranges you need for your firewalls is at https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/ip-addresses-and-domains-for-atlassian-cloud-products/

Pinning your data to a region would allow you to reduce the ranges you need to allow, but you'll probably need to go through https://ip-ranges.atlassian.com to work out which ones you can drop by region.

Hi Nick,

Thanks for the reply!

Can we subscribe to the notification when IP range changes as it impacts our SAP SOLMAN integration with Jira?
