Second, are you interested in integrating with Jira Cloud (Atlassian hosted) or Jira Data Center (self-hosted)?

You can search the Atlassian Marketplace to find integration tools offered by both Atlassian and other vendors.

There are no integration products that are specific just for Mantis and Jira but you can find more information and other posts with questions about Mantis / Jira integration with a Google search.
