I am trying to integrate ServiceNow with Jira using OAuth 2.0 authentication with the help of Jira spoke. I am also getting the access token and refresh token. Problem is when I am trying to hit the Jira, it is giving 401 error with the error message as "client must be authenticated to access this resource".

If anyone knows what's the solution is for this problem, please let me know.

Thank you.

Hi @K AKSHAY SAGAR

The user from servicenow you are using for this, does this user exist in Jira and does it have a license assigned and the correct permissions?
