Dear Sir,
I need jira to create ticket when some of the service are fail on nagios, so i'm using the add-ons(nagios jira integration) tools to do that part and i'm follow the document to set both site(nagios and jira) but i can't see any new ticket when the service fail on nagios(nagios are using event handler to execute the script and i can see the log on nagios and jira, and that script are provide by this add-ons), please let me know where is the detail log(api call) on jira because i didn't see any fail on jira? thanks.
