Hello everyone !!!
I have installed the free trail version of Jira Data Center to do practice. So is it the same way to install JSM in my PC? First I need to generate license for it and then go for installation? Is that correct? But I only saw ZIP file there is no exe. Can you please help me sort this out?
Just go to the "Versions & licenses" menu under "Application" in your Jira instance and click "Try it free" button near Jira Service Management (JSM) on that page.
Once you complete the steps prompted (which is an extremely basic setup) you are able to use JSM. After the trial period, from the same menu, you can update the license for JSM.
Thank you! I followed the steps. So just like in cloud, is there any way in DC where we can switch from Jira Software to JSM? Can we install Confluence free trial too?
