I'm evaluating Insight and Discovery.
This product seems very good but it lacks one big thing for our Service Desk Team : the ability to scan qr or bar code to inventory or to do some actions from the scanning.
Am I missed something?
Do you use insight and be able to found any solutions to achieve this need?

We do not have a Scanner in Insight, but our Partner, Rightstar does offer this functionality, using a Barcode Scanner to update Insight Object Schemas.
