Information about Structure export module for JIRA

Is the Structure export module in Jira now available during working hours, or does it still cause application downtime as it did previously?

If you mean our app Structure, then exporting a structure was always available, and it causing any performance issues is not the expected behavior. If you experiencing problems with the feature, please reach out to us directly at our support portal, and we'll look into it.

Thank you for your response. I was specifically referring to the Xporter plugin. I understood that it was preferable to use it outside of working hours to avoid causing slowdowns. Is this still the case, or can we now extract to Excel via Xporter a structure regardless of the data volume? Best regards,
