Incoming mail server

I was working with Incoming mail servers setting up POP(secure) Later while Testing it Failed with an Error:-

com.sun.mail.util.MailConnectException: Couldn't connect to host, port: abc@jira.com, 995; timeout 10000;
Using SOCKS host,
port: edge-outboundproxy01-prd-apse1.net.atlassian.com, 1080 while connecting to host 'abc@jira.com' as user
'xyz@jira.com' via protocol 'pop3s,
caused by: java.net.SocketException: SOCKS: Host unreachable

Hello @Konar_ Kalidaskrishnan _Contractor_ 

It says that your mail server is unreachable, have you checked your connection settings? Are they correct? Jira cant reach your mail server.

Second problem could be that network is blocking your request, check the firewall.
