Incoming email mapping to Jira Issue

Dear all,

I am actually testing incoming email in order to create Jira ticket accordingly.

I have seen so far that the default mapping is as below :

• Email subject => issue summary
• Email body => issue description
• Attached file => issue attachments

What is the way to map other fields from a potential email body  ?

you can use automation. here is an example of something I am doing using Comment but you can do similar with {{issue.description}}...
