Was hoping I could get some assistance/advice on an issue I've come accross.
Ive setup an incoming email handler to update issues/tickets when replying to emails from those tickets.
After testing the email handler ive noticed the tickets are getting attachments like the below on the ticket itself
Ive noticed on the emails im replying back from Jira ticket, they have the Atlassian logo on it, which is jpeg, as per below:
Could this be reason a white jpeg is showing as an attachment?
If not anyone seen this with incoming email handlers?
