Incoming email IP address range for Jira Cloud

We have to whitelist the incoming email service IP addresses for the POP protocol.

Can someone tell me the IP range(s). I could not found it in the Atlassian documentation

Can you please elaborate on which IP range I need to allow for Jira, so Jira can connect to my exchange server for email sending? I´m a bit confused
