Incoming Mail handler for Yandex Mail Edited

We use Yandex Mail for busines and Jira Cloud (free).

I want to configure a handler for incoming mail to create tasks in a project.

Connecting my account at yandex mail is ok, but Jira don't see the mails in my Inbox.

I've tried different ways (secure/insecure IMAP and POP) but it's not worrking.

Hi,

Can you please add a screenshot with the Mail Handler config?

I tried the same settings for the Gmail account and it worked properly.

Hi,

First of all you need to set the POP/IMAP email server and the to add email handler link with the POP/IMAP email server that you have created.

Maybe this link will help:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver079/configuring-an-smtp-mail-server-to-send-notifications-950288926.html

The mail server named "mkk avans" on the first screenshot has already been configured. Otherwise Jira shows an error when you press the Test button on the last screen.

If with Gmail it is working and with Yandex no in my opinion you should contact Yandex Support maybe is some config that need to be done on Yandex side.
