Include sub task flag missing

I am using Classic Project and I don't see Include Sub Task Flag in the Issue/Parent story which has sub tasks under them. Can you let me know how to fix this?

Do you mean that some subtasks has been created under Story, but you can't find the the list in the following image?

Thanks, no. I do find the sub tasks but I don't find a flag called "Include Sub Task Flag" and because of that the sub task hours are not rolling up at the story level.

Is there a functionality called "Include Sub Task" is available? It is my understanding that reading some information in the Atlassian community that that this functionality(Include Sub Task) should be checked in order for the sub task hours to get rolled under story level. If there is a phone number that I can call in to talk to you, I can do that so that I can share what I am trying to do.
