In filter results, how can we display priority name as text instead of arrows?

I created an advanced search filter for my bugs and want to share with developers so that they work on the Highest and High priority items 1st and release them to production. 

 

JIRA filter shows Priority column with values as arrow marks which have similar colors for HIghest, High and Medium.

Arrows with colors are difficult to identify. Can the name "Highest" be shown there instead of the arrow?
