So, I can't figure out how to get custom fields to show up in the agent's view unless they are 'hidden' fields in which case they need to already be populated by data. I feel like this has to do with the different screens and I think I have it set up correctly. The idea is that the client fills in the required fields and then more fields are added that the client doesn't see and will be filled in by agents/admins. Is this possible?
by design JIRA doesn't display fields that are blank in the Issue View screen. Once data is added they show up.
Ah, I see. When you go the edit button you can add more screens. I see.
