In JIRASprint Backlog when thestatus is In Pending or process it is getting automatically strikeoff

In sprint board the status is in Progress and pending it is automatically getting strikeoff without closing the ticket. When user moving the closed status or done status in that time only get the option strike option. But in this case, I am getting this strike.

What would be the reason?

Hi Monah,

It seems that you have set Resolution (Done) on specific In Progress status. You can check your Project Workflow and track if Post Function on specific In Progress status was set.

Hi @Mohan ,

An issue is striked when its resolution field is not empty. Please check if you update your resolution field when you transition it to In Progress or Pending.

Some place you can check:

1. In your board config > column > check if you have the checked option: Set resolution in your status card
2. In your workflow:
   1. A transition post-function auto update Resolution field
   2. A transition screen has Resolution field allow your user to update
   3. Forgot clean Resolution field when Re-open issue.
