Hi there, sorry to hear you are having issues. I'm the PM on the Media team. I must admit I don't recognise the Media viewer you are using. Do you know if you are using the Classic Jira view or are you on Next-Gen?
Here is what my Media viewer looks like when I open an image to preview in Next-Gen:
I note the controls at the bottom of my view are different to yours. Could it be you are using an extension or marketplace add on?
I believe, its a classic view. I am not using any extension for viewing the images. Those get opened in Classic/Default view of Jira. There was no such issue a week ago. We all are facing this issue since last week.

Do I need to update Jira on my system? If yes then please suggest what are steps I need to follow to update the software as I am unable to find the same on Jira Screen/Board.

I think it might be worth switching to the new issue view to see if that resolves the situation.
Instructions for doing that are here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-core-cloud/docs/turn-the-new-issue-view-on-or-off/
Let me know how you get on.

Yeah, that worked. I was earlier using old view and switched to new one. Now images are getting displayed. Thanks @Owen Wallis and @Brant Schroeder for helping me out. Highly appreciate.

Welcome to the community.
Have you cleared your browser cache? Have you tried a different browser?

Yes, I cleared browser cache and even tried different browser but same result. Its not only happening with me but with my whole team. There are around 25 persons in my team and nobody is able to view images attached on a ticket.
