If I have to update an already imported backlog in JIRA, can I import the latest version to update

I have imported a product backlog in CSV format and it is there in places with all the issues created. A lot of stories have also been linked and processed.

Some changes were made as part of next release in the master backlog. Can I re-import the latest version again and update the current backlog? Is there a way to do that?
