Identify issues corrected before last version

if a correction of an issue is incorrect, we will have several values in field fixVersion.

For example an issue has been corrected in version 2, then again in version 3, and again in version 5, so in the field fix version we have the 3 values 2, 3 and 5.

I want a JQL so to identify all issues corrected before version 5 (so issue above should not be in the list)

You can try to use a JQL function like this https://confluence.atlassian.com/jiracoreserver073/advanced-searching-functions-reference-861257222.html#Advancedsearching-functionsreference-latestReleasedVersionlatestReleasedVersion() with a != operator.
