As you shown above test cycle could not be shown as a list by listbox. I can see just Adhoc but I can not see project test cycle. Could you please help me about it?
Hi @Mine
Thank you for bringing this up. I will be happy to clarify what probably happened.
To be able to select the Test Cycle for an execution, the Test Case must be on the list of the Executions added to the Test Cycle.
If the Execution was previously opened or edited, it won't appear on the list. So, if you change Execution Assignee, status, add any comment or click on the play button called Open Execution - it will no longer be selectable from the Jira issue view.
It was designed so to avoid situations where multiple people start the same Execution simultaneously. However, we understand this approach may not be optimal and we have in our plans to improve it. If you have any feedback to us on how you would need it to work, we will be more than happy to hear it. You can reach us on our support page here.
Please let me know if you have any follow up questions, I will do my best to assist you.
Best regards,
Ewa

Hi @Mine , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your question.
Please can you clarify which testing app you're using? Is it Xray, Zephyr or something else?
Best wishes

Hi @Mine
Welcome to the community.
Have your created test cycles at forehand as stated in the app documentation?
Otherwise ad-hoc is the only option you have.

This screenshot doesn't provide any detailed information.
Can you show the all created test-cycles in the app and is this test cycle usable in the project where you want to add the cycle?

Hi @Mine
That cycle seems to have been added to an issue already.
Ask the developer of the app if its possible to add a single test-cycle to multiple Jira issues, or that you have to create a test-cycle based on a test for each separate Jira issue?
I expect that this is the case, this as an issue might have multiple test cycles, based on different users or systems.
Check with the support department of Quality Plus, https://soldevelo.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/6/group/16
But have you gone over the documentation of the app on how to use the app, an app is built in a certain way for a reason and is mainly not customizable.
