DO YOU KNOW IF JIRA HAS INTEGRATIONS WITH AIRCALL / CLOUDTALK OR ANY PHONE RECORDING PLATFORMS. 

WE ARE REQUIRED BY A NEW CUSTOMERS TO RECORD A % OF OUR COLLECTIONS PHONE CALLS SO THEY CAN BE AUDITED.

BASIC RECORDING AND CONNECT TO OUR JIRA WORKFLOWS IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.

Jira has several integrations with voice software and a remote API you can build on, but nothing built-in.  You should start with a look through https://marketplace.atlassian.com to see what other people have already built for you.
