I have around 50 projects in JIRA. I want to provide limited access to a guest user to only 1 project. They should not be able to see any of the other projects. How can I do that?
I have already tried creating a group and adding the guest users to that. I have limited the access of the group to view-only. But when the user logs in, they are able to see the entire list of projects, apart from mine. How can i stop that from happening?
Hi @Dipti Sama , Welcome to the Atlassian Community
You need to scrutinize the global permissions in your Jira.
You can find them under the Cogwheel - System - Global permissions
Often the group any-loggedin-users is used, which is a no-no for most situations.
Hope you get your permissions in check this way

Hi,
you need to look at the permissions scheme of the your project. It seems that all you project allow users to see their issue. Look at the browse permission

Can i do anything for team-managed projects? Also, i want to give view access to only my project. The guest should not be able to see any of the other projects that we are working on.
