I want to create a automation rule for one user to have access to create fix version. Cannot provide access to this user at an admin level hence looking for automation, Searched online and found that it is possible but had a hard time understanding the automation flow and conditions. Kindly details out the same

Hi @Tom George Menachery , this would not be possible using automation. Automation operates on issues, not on admin permissions. Moreover, automation is something that happens after the fact not before an action is attempted.

Maybe consider setting up a JSM project for external customers and use Advanced Forms. The use Automation to create a linked issue in your JWM.
