I have got the email that I was subscribed succesfully for the free premium trial. But I did it bymistake. I dont want to pay for it. How can I reverse it

Go to Settings > User Management > Billing
Then click on the Manage link beside Jira Software
On the ensuing page, click on Change plan.
There you can switch to Free or Standard (still a fee for this one).
It is a shame that a reputable company like yours has put us in the paid version and sent us an email stating that we requested the paid version, which is absolutely not true. I did not request the paid version

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
To cancel a subscription for a product or paid app:
Go to admin.atlassian.com/billing. Select your billing account if you have more than one.
Select Subscriptions, find the subscription you want to cancel, and select Manage.
Select more actions > Cancel subscription, then review and confirm your cancellation.
