I need to create a ticket in Jira software or service desk based on the alters in teams channels.

We are using various team channels to get the alters from various tools with Jira project name. Here my question is.... Once I got alert to my Project specific team channel, the ticket need to created in jira software or service desk based on the Team channels Info.

Example: 
I have Venkata's channel in teams, which is related to database team channel. Anything happens in my database those alters are coming to Venkata's channel.
I have same project in Jira Venkata's, which is dealing those alters in Jira by creating tickets under that projects by manually. 
Here my requirement is:    Once I got the alert to teams channel, the ticket should created in venkata's project automatically.


We are Integrated Jira cloud with Teams but here we need to create tickets manually. Its wont works for me.
