Hi,

I've tried to set up a new account for BitBucket for my work and apparently have had the verification email sent, the email address is correct however I'm not receiving any verification emails? My spam filtering along with proofpoint haven't received anything either.

The Email is [redacted]

I've tried re-sending the email a number of times and haven't received any of them.

I'm currently using a alternative email to resolve this

Kind regards,

Norris.

Hi,

I found there was a suppression on that email address.  There was a response from the SMTP server of

2023-02-26T23:46:03.000Z 550 5.1.1 [redactedemailaddress]: Recipient address rejected: User unknown

I have removed this suppression from our side.  That address should be able to receive messages now.

Regards,

Andy

@Andy Heinzer I've been trying to get 8-digit code on any of my account in jira with email domain @students-hub.lt but don't get any of them, could you please check if we got any suppression on emails

I found a few bounce messages to your domain with errors such as

550 5.7.23 <>: Recipient address rejected: Message rejected due to: SPF fail - not authorized.

and

421 4.4.0 [internal] no mail servers for this domain could be reached at this time

Could you try again, I am interested to know if this is still happening.

Andy
