I work with two different clients. I added both their workspaces within my user account.
However, now that I added the second workspace, every time I try to go to the admin panel of the first one (I need to manage some users), the browser automatically defaults me to the admin panel for the second workspace. There's no way to manually switch between them. I am now locked out of the management page for worskpace #1.
Hello @Ruth Madrigal
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Which product are you using; Jira or Jira Service Management?
Can you clarify what you mean by "going to the admin panel"? What steps exactly are you taking to go to the admin panel?
How did you add the second customer to your account? Do you mean that you have a second site set up under an Atlassian Cloud Organization for which you are the Organization Administrator? Or is this a site that the customer owns and to which they granted your Atlassian Cloud account access?
First, attempt to switch between workspaces by selecting your profile avatar in the upper-right corner of the top navigation bar.
Choose a workspace from the "Recent workspaces" list or select "All workspaces" to view a comprehensive list of all the workspaces you're a member of.
Additionally, clearing your browser cache and cookies can also resolve the issue, as sometimes browser caching can cause problems with accessing different workspaces.
Hope this helps - Happy to help further!!
Thank you very much and have a great one!
Warm regards

Hi Humashankar,
When I click on my avatar to switch accounts, there's only one listed - the intend was to manage all workspaces within that same account to avoid having to log in and out every time I needed to do something.
I can't find that "Recent Workspaces" option that you mentioned.
Tried clearing my cache and cookies, same thing - I keep defaulting to Admin for Workspace #2, can't find a way to access Admin for Workspace #1.

Thanks for the insight.
Ensure that both workspaces are indeed associated with the same Jira account. You may need to check your account settings or contact your Jira administrator.
Best Regards
