It's really weird, on my mobile app I have 2 instances both using the same email address, but on desktop, I cant ever open the one i want.

Atlassian accounts cannot use the same email address, and if you've managed to somehow duplicate an account with the same email address, then the Cloud systems are simply picking up the first one they find when searching for your account
This is something inherited from server - you can create accounts with the same email on them there, but Atlassian stuff just works off the first match - like it reads every directory, but just stops on the first hit.
You'll need to change the email on one of your accounts to enable you to use both. Go to id.atlassian.com to do that.

I hope you're doing well! I've run into a snag with a client who's trying to register for our organization's Jira to submit support tickets. He's encountering an issue because his email is already registered with his own organization's Jira. Is this due to the limitation you mentioned previously, or have there been any updates that might allow the same email address to register for multiple Jira instances?
