I have raised a ticket with support. How can we trace that

We have raised Ticket GHS-*********. Now i want to attach logs here. As we are not able to login in Dev environment after restoring the data.

 

Please help ASAP

Remember that your GHS call is a support call with Atlassian, and we're a community of Atlassian-interested people.

Attaching your logs here is probably of no use without the rest of the problem report, and you might get an answer from Atlassian faster than we can help.

If you are looking for JIRA logs, you can also get them from the server instead of the UI.

The actual log files generated by Jira can be found in the following locations:

  • Jira application log  bin/atlassian-jira.log
  • Application server log — generally the application server log file can be found under the logs directory. However, this can vary depending on the application server you are running.
