I have a ticket not showing up on the board even though it shows in the search

The ticket shows in the filter search however, when I look at the kanban board it's not there. 

The ticket type is Bug and it has it's own workflow. 

Bugs are only showing up either in the backlog or when they are resolved.

Hello Helen,

In the cloumn configuration for the board, make sure that the current status of the missing ticket is mapped to the coloumn, as this is one of the primary reasons of tickets coming in search results but missing on the boards.

Also, sometimes boards have sub-filters in Kanban like "fixVersion in unreleasedVersion() " thus only issues which aren't released yet.

Thanks for the quick response! It was the Kanban subfilters that were the culprit!
