I have a login but it say my account is not available

I have a login and then when I want to login it says that i don't have acces tot Jira, what can I do to solve this problem?

Hi Roxana and welcome to the Community!

I think you should ask to your administrator to check in the user management if your user is correctly set up.

You should have all the requested permission to access Jira.
