I get this error: Sprint burndown We couldn't load these details. And as the error message states the details of the Sprint Burndown is not displayed. Refreshing the page does not help.

Hi @james_wilson,

If you refer to the Sprint Burndown of the Insights feature, the error might be related to this ticket: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-25630. If not, you could open a support ticket with Atassian Team, so they can investigate.

Another option would be to try using the Sprint Burndown gadget or the Sprint Burdown report of Jira instead of Insights. Or, you could look for an app on Atlassian Marketplace that offers a burndown chart.
