I don't have access to my own project and tickets!

Adam Lydecker August 8, 2024

I recently created a project so that I could move from team-managed to company-managed with custom issue scheme, created a security scheme for tickets in it (which I'm included on via a group and as a single user), and migrated all tickets from my team-managed project to the new company managed project. My coworker is able to see the tickets, but I'm told I don't have access to the project (which I created) when I try to view any tickets.

No idea what's going on or why I can't see tickets I created in a project I created.

I also had a coworker remove and re-add me from the project (both as an administrator), but still can't see the tickets. What did I do wrong?

HI Adam - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Check the Permission Scheme associated with the project and make sure you have the Browse Projects permission. You can also use the Permission Helper while there to see if there is anything else.

This was it, I wasn't included in a group I thought I was part of.
