I created a KanBan board with a filter I created that lives under my work I would like to share.

I created a filter that pulls tickets from different projects that are all tied to the same customer.  Then, from this filter, I created a board that lives under the "Your Work" tab.  I would like to be able to share this board with my colleagues on the project but seem to be having issues.  I have shared the filter with these users and have also shared the board but they all seem to be receiving the error message telling them the project is not found.  Is there a solution to this?

Hi @Chante Jones -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

I hypothesize you have created that board with a location of your profile, and so others cannot see it.

You may move the board to a different location, such as to a project, and other may then view it:

  • navigate to the list of all boards:
    • yourJiraURL/jira/boards
  • select your board
  • with the ... menu at the right side, select Move
  • select a project in which to store the board

Kind regards,
Bill

Hi @Chante Jones ,

the users also need Browse permissions for the these projects. Can you check that?
