I changed the authentication policy to block 3rd party login, I'm unable to access since. I'm the only org admin available and I'm also not able to put a request in the Atlassian support because I'm not able to access the admin account.
Can anyone help ? this is quite urgent ?
I finally was able to contact the Support Team via a colleague who is admin access in Jira, and they reset my org admin account so I was able to access and reconfigure the MFA again.
You must have Atlassian account for that Org Admin, right? What does it says when you try to log in? What have you tried so far?

in our Microsoft entra Id our emails are configured this way :
email = firstname.lastname@company.com
username = poxq10@company.com
If I try to login using Microsoft (the usual method):
I receive this error :
if I try to use my email : name.lastname@company.com, I get redirected to MFA and it requests 6 digits of authenticator, but the ones I used from Microsoft authenticator are not accepted, and I don't have the recovery key.
If I try to login from the username email : e.g: oihf65@company.com I get redirected to the SSO and get this error :

If your request is urgent I suggest you contact Atlassian for advice with your regular account and try your best to tell them the details of the actual Org Admin account.
For safety reason, likely they won't unblock you but it's worth a shot.

I'm not able to connect to support.atlassian.net using my account as I'm not able to login, the only session that remain active and accessible is in the community.
and if I try to put a request from another account, they request to contact the admin :/
