I cannot see any avatars of other users. Any ideas how to fix that?

unfortunately, I cannot see any avatars of other users. I am using Jira Software (Cloud) and tried in different browsers and also in inkognito mode. Any ideas how to fix that?

Just for a better understanding of the issue, I would like to know if you can share with us a screenshot of how the avatars are appearing for you.

Are there any other users facing the same issue?

Was this site migrated from other Cloud or Server site?

please see below how the avatars appear to me. The users can see their profile pictures when they are logged in but I cannot (I see only mine). Our project was indeed migrated from server site. I'll check if other users experience the same issue.

Thank you for sharing the screenshot, Max.

The avatars show with their initials because of what they choose on their Atlassian account profile, that's why they can see when they are logged in and you can't. 

If they select that only they can see their profile picture, they will see their picture and other people will see the initials.

They can configure it on https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/profile-and-visibility.

For example, if you go to your profile and select that only you or your organization can see your profile picture, here in community your picture won't be visible for us, but it will show an avatar with the initials MS.
