I can't use a transition using ALL

Hi,

I create de following workflow:

For the first state, I habilitate the option "Allow all states to transition to this", and in this transition, I have de following send functions:

But, on the state "Devuelto a Origen" I can't go to the state "Por desarrollar", I don't know why.

From another state, the transition works fine.

I need help, please. Thanks.

Hi @varayavaldes  - That's very strange because there are no Conditions that would prevent that. 

Can you get there from OK VERSION, since it is also a Done category? 

You might try deleting the transition and then adding it back to see if that clears anything up.

As a work around you could create a transition directly from Devuelto a Origen to Por Desarrollar, but you shouldn't have to do that. 

You might also want to open a support ticket with Atlassian to see if they can figure out why it can't get back there.
