Hello everyone,

I haven't been receiving any email notifications when changes are made on a project.

I tried changing the settings in my account but nothing worked.

I was able to receive emails without any problems before.

edit:

I am using Jira's Android app, could this be preventing emails from arriving?

Hello @Ozan Zarcı

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

1. Work with a Jira Administrator to compare issue events that have occurred to the Notifications configuration for the project, and confirm that you should be receiving notifications.

2. Click on your avatar and select Notifications. Ensure that under Preferences at the top you have enabled "Send me email", and checked the three options under it.

3. Also in that Notifications page under Default Notification Settings you have enabled the Email option above the list and have the check boxes under that heading checked.

4. Also in Notifications at the bottom of the page is the option to customize your notifications settings per project. Make sure you have not used that option to override the default settings.

5. Check you email client Spam/Junk mail folder.

6. Check if you have any automation in your email client to automatically delete or move to another folder emails sent to you by the Jira instance.

7. Check if this is happening for all users in you company with the same email domain as yours.

If you check all these things and find that it is only you not receiving emails, then it is possible your email address has been blacklisted by Atlassian. Notify your Jira Admins and the can open a support case with Atlassian to unblock your email address if it has been blacklisted.

Ηι @Ozan Zarcı and welcome to the community,

Are you the only one facing this problem, or are there more people as well? Do you have access to the project's settings? Can you see when notifications are being sent? Is there any seciurity level imposed on issues?
