I can't find the option to enable sub tasks

I am in the issues section of my project and I am the admin. The only issue options I have to create is 'Bugs', 'Tasks' and my own. Is there another step I need to take to see the option of 'Sub Task' when adding new issues to my project?

Thanks!

Hello,

Go to project settings -> issue types. Then choose Actions -> Edit Issue Types and add a sub-task issue type to your issue type scheme.

Hi there, when I access 'Issue Types', the only option I have is 'Add Issue Type'. However, there is no option here for 'Sub Tasks'. See Screenshots:

Ok. Now I understand. You created a next-gen project. This type of projects do not have subtasks yet. But it is on the Roadmap. And subtasks will be available in a future release.

If you need subtasks right now, then you should create a classic project.

Thank you for your help! :)

You are welcome!

Thanks for the thread .... same question I had
