I can not see the list of Subtasks created on the Scrum Board of Team Managed Project

Shruti Kulkarni January 2, 2025

We have some tickets with subtasks.

The main ticket is assigned to one developer, while the subtasks are assigned to other developers. However, since the subtasks are not appearing on the Scrum board, the developer responsible for the subtask missed working on it.

In my board settings, I have ensured that the statuses for subtasks are enabled to display.

Please help me to get the subtask on the board.

Hi @Shruti Kulkarni

In Team-managed projects Subtasks are only displayed as cards when you group the Board by Subtasks. See also: Manage subtasks in team-managed projects | Jira Cloud | Atlassian Support

Otherwise, you can only see whether an issue has subtasks or not based on the subtask icon on the card.
