I can no longer create a sprint.

I've been using Jira for a couple of years now, creating a sprint every 3 or 4 weeks.  I can no longer create a sprint and cannot find the "create sprint" link in the backlog page.  Any ideas?

Hi Werner.

It's possible that you are unable to create sprint now because you have lost the "Manage Sprint" permission in the project where the boards are linked. You may read more about the Manage Sprint permission here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/use-manage-sprints-permission-for-advanced-cases/

If you are a project admin of the project linked to the board where you intent to create the sprint, you may check if you have the permission by yourself. In case you are not a project admin, you may reach out to your project/Jira admin to request the admin to check your project permission.
