I was given access to a new cloud environment. I can log into Jira without any problem, but when I switch to Confluence, it prompts me to create a new space. I am unable to access our team Confluence page.
When I first logged on to Jira, I selected log in via Google instead of by email.
I've cleared cache, history for both Chrome and Safari, quit browsers, restarted.
Please advise on next steps.
Hey Chris,
Ask your Administrator (or someone with Admin privileges on your team space) to ensure that you have access to the Confluence page.

Hi @Chris Dikes
I agree with @Tyler Brown. Seems like you don't have enough permissions for this space.

Can you ask the person who gave you the access to make sure that your permissions are ok?
