I am unable to configure one of my Scrum boards

I am an administrator on our Jira instance. 

I run multiple boards and projects with no issue however on the one board when I click to configure board, nothing happens it just goes to a blank page but works perfectly fine on every other board.

The three dots next to complete sprint brings down the options to 

Edit sprint 

Configure board 

Create board 

After selecting configure board - it just goes to an empty page.

Again, this same action on any other board is working perfectly fine.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Which browser are you using? Users with Mozila browser can experience this issue. Clear your cache and also start your instance in incognito mode.

If you're using Firefox, try these steps:

• Clear your browser cache and cookies.
• Open Jira in Private/Incognito mode.
• Disable browser extensions (like ad blockers).
• Try a different browser (Chrome or Edge).
• Check for Jira updates.
• Look for JavaScript errors in the browser console.
