In JIRA we have a project and it has two issues types namely Relative request, track request.
I have created a ticket of issue type Relative request and ticket was created successfully.
During the workflow of the Relative request, we are submitting a screen which creates an a ticket of issue type track request. During this I am getting bellow error, any help regarding will be an added advantage

Yes, your guess is correct and I have corrected the code in the PostFuncation. Hence the issue have been resolved.

Could You please give more details how you submitting a screen to create ticket?
My opinion it is some coded "issue.get('Study Platform')" but not sure that correct.
