Hello I am working as scrum master in a company but I don,t have much experience in Java or JQL programming language. Please let me know that how do I learn and automate my tasks in jira for issue tracking .
Hi @ADEEL AHMED,
That is a very open ended question. When it comes to automation, understand how you want to work first, make sure you determine how you want to work first, build some stability into your processes first and automate repetitive tasks later.
Automation is a low to no code platform component that lets you automate things with little or no need for programming skills. If you find yourself doing certain manual tasks over and over again, start looking into how you can automate those to save time.
A good starting point to learn more is the Automation template library, where you can literally find dozens of sample rules to get you inspired.
Hope this helps!
