How to view the issues in Kanban board from 2 different projects ?

Hello,

I have created Kanban board by selecting 2 projects. I can see the issues under "columns" under configure board option and even when the filter is run. But those issues are not showing up under Kanban board. Any suggestions please ?

Hi @Deepa Chandrashekar and welcome to the community,

Did you map the statuses of the projects (workflows) to the new kanban board?

Go to board > Configure > Columns and map any unmapped status to your columns.

Hi @Deepa Chandrashekar I think you have enabled Kanban Backlog, Kindly check Backlog on left side panel of Kanban board. All issues might be under Backlog.

Check what all status are mapped in Kanban backlog column in Board Configuration.

Hi @Vikrant Yadav @Alex Koxaras _Relational_

Thanks for your response.

I have done the mapping of the columns for all the status. I can see the number of issues under the columns for particular state . But the same is not reflected in the board.

Even I can see the query fetching appropriate data but the board is not displaying the correct data, its displaying details from only one project

@Deepa Chandrashekar what do you mean "the same is not reflected in the board"? If you see the correct number under each column (on the board) then things should reflect correctly on the board. Paste some images for us to understand what is your problem please.

@Alex Koxaras _Relational_

The count under configure column for each status & the board values are matching now. I am not sure what was the issue .. I updated the labels again and I can see the issues from both the projects.

Thank you for your response

 @Alex Koxaras _Relational_

I am facing a new issue where only few issues are shown on the board, where as query is fetching the correct data and also under column mapping its showing the correct data.

Kanban board view not showing proper data out of 11 only 7 are shown.

See the screen shot for Query results, column configuration & Kanban board view Query Results.pngColumn config.pngBoard view.png

I am unable to find the issue
