Hi Madhu,
If the URL for your Jira is something like <something>.atlassian.net then you are on Jira Cloud and you are on the latest version. You'll also see navigation for your site (blue bar) along the left sidebar:
If however the URL does not end in atlassian.net and instead looks more like jira.yourcompany.com, then you are on Jira Server. The navigation for Jira will also be along the top bar, and you will see a version number listed at the bottom of dashboards (highlighted in this screenshot):
Both of the licenses can be renewed at my.atlassian.com pretty quickly if you are a contact for the license. Let us know if you're on Server and are interested in migrating to Cloud. We can help out with that!
