Hi!
We have currently Jira Software Cloud and we want to unsubscribe to the Jira Cloud Premium 30-day free trial (ending today) and continue only with our current Jira Software site. In Manage / Cancel subscription, two options are available: "Back to standard" and "Continue to cancel". What am I supposed to do?
I appreciate your help!
I think "Back to standard" will switch to Standard subscription that is a subscription plan for JIRA Software. So it's a downgrades of your subscription from the Premium plan back to the Standard plan.
Continue to cancel, will cancel the JIRA Software subscription.

Hi Florian,
thanks for your reply. I would normally have selected Continue to cancel to ensure cancellation, but as you say, that would have cancelled the original Jira Software subscription. I find it rather confusing, specially because the site created (and supposed to be cancelled) for the premium free trial version, is different to that where we have JS, JSManagement and Confluence.
Thank you!
Regards

In case you unsubscribe by mistake you can still undo the unsubscription.

Sure, thank you Florian! I share some news here so that it can help anyone else on a similar situation. I contacted support via chatbot and resulted that since (at least in our case), Jira Software and Jira Premium are on separate sites, canceling Premium would not impact our normal Jira. We cancelled, and now is everything visible as prior to subscribing to the free premium version. Premium is no longer visible neither under subscriptions nor in our estimated next bill. Reactivation can be done anytime.
