How to turn on the notifications

Good afternoon,

 

I'm trying to turn on the notifications so that I can receive an email everytime there is a change on the ticket I've made, I selected the notifications in the parameter system but I still don't receive it. Can you help me please ?

Hi @lprimault

Welcome to the community.

To address this issue you can try to check the notification setting by

  • Go to Project SettingsNotifications > Settings > update Notification Scheme (as the screenshot below)
  • Verify that your user role (e.g., Reporter, Assignee, Watcher) is mapped to receive notifications for the events you care about (like Issue Updated, Comment Added, etc.).
  • If not, an administrator will need to update the Notification Scheme.

Can you provide more information such as Notification scheme configured, what is your role in the ticket, is the role added in the Notification?
