I need to track all the JIRA issues where users have(or haven't) sent an email to the reporter. Is this possible?

Sorry, if I was not clear. What I meant was I need to track the Jira issues where the known Jira users (my team members) have sent an email to the recipient (whose email is mentioned in the {{Email Notifications To:}} field) during the last 24 hours. I don't know if that is possible or you could help me with that in any way. Thanks!
